Ursache: WordPress erreicht die LIRENO-API nicht.

Schritte:

1. WP: API Base URL prüfen — Prod https://api.lireno.ch, Dev https://api.dev.lireno.ch
2. Permalinks speichern
3. Plugin lireno-mandant-login aktuell?
4. Netzwerk/Firewall vom WP-Host zur API

Symptom: 404 auf Integrations-Routen

Ursache: Alter API-Stand oder falscher Pfad.

Schritte: API-Deploy prüfen; Health: GET /health auf dem API-Host.

Symptom: 401 / 403

Ursache: Session abgelaufen oder fehlende Berechtigung.

Schritte: Neu einloggen; Feature/Plan prüfen (z. B. microsoft365).

Symptom: 500 Internal Server Error

Ursache: Server-Exception.

Schritte: Zeitpunkt notieren → Support (Logs auf API-Host). Keine Secrets in Tickets.
